Data Deletion Instructions

Step-by-step instructions for requesting deletion of your Entrant account, app data, social login connection, or waitlist record.

Use these instructions if you want Entrant to delete your account data or disconnect personal information associated with your use of the app.

Option 1: Request Deletion By Email

Email abby@myentrant.com from the email address connected to your Entrant account.

Use the subject line: Entrant Data Deletion Request.

  • Your full name.
  • The email address and phone number linked to your Entrant account.
  • Whether you want full account deletion, waitlist deletion only, or social-login data removal only.
  • Any extra detail that helps us identify your account safely.

Option 2: Delete An Unverified Account

If you created an account but did not verify your email, Entrant may support deletion through the app or API-backed unverified-account deletion flow. Follow the account verification prompt or contact support if the in-app control is not visible.

Option 3: Remove Social Login Access

To remove Entrant from a social provider, open your Google, Facebook, or Apple account settings and remove Entrant from connected apps or sign-in permissions. Then email us if you also want the Entrant-side account data deleted.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge the request, verify ownership when needed, process eligible deletion, and send confirmation once complete. Most verified requests are completed within 30 days.

If we must retain limited records for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or audit reasons, we will limit that retention to what is necessary.
