Data Deletion Policy

How Entrant handles deletion requests for account data, onboarding paths, profile information, social login records, community activity, and safety records.

Entrant respects your right to stop using the service and ask us to delete personal information associated with your account. This policy explains what is deleted, what may be retained, and how requests are handled.

1. What You Can Ask Us To Delete

You can request deletion of your Entrant account and personal data, including account identity details, profile details, onboarding country and mission selections, status-at-entry details, saved preferences, travel planner history, translation history, Scam Shield checks, and other personal records tied to your account.

2. Social Login Data

If you used Google, Facebook, or Apple login, we can delete the Entrant-side social identity record linked to your account. This does not delete your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. To remove Entrant from those providers directly, use the provider's connected-app or app-permissions settings.

3. Community and Safety Records

Some content may be removed, anonymized, or retained in limited form where needed for community safety, abuse prevention, fraud investigation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit logs, or to protect other users.

Examples include moderation decisions, reported scam patterns, abuse reports, safety notes, or records needed to prevent repeat fraud.

4. Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons.

Backup copies may persist for a limited period before they are overwritten or expire through normal backup lifecycle processes.

5. Identity Verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify the email address, phone number, social login, or other information associated with the account before deleting data.
