Terms of Service

The Entrant Terms and Conditions — the Terms of Use and End-User Licence Agreement that govern your use of the Entrant platform operated by Devnnova Inc.

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These Terms are written for Devnnova Inc., the Ontario-registered operator of Entrant. Entrant's published materials currently describe a country-entry and settlement platform offering personalized country pathways, Care Passage, benefits discovery, mentorship, community support, navigation, translation, Scam Shield, compliance support and related tools.

A clear starting point

Entrant is designed to help people enter, navigate and settle into a new country, understand unfamiliar systems, discover opportunities, connect with others and organize the steps in their journey.

Before using Entrant, please understand these central conditions:

  • Entrant is a 13+ platform. You must be at least 13 years old. A higher minimum age or parental authorization may apply where required by local law.
  • Some features are reserved for adults. You must generally be at least 18 years old to host or independently book accommodation through Care Passage, sell paid services, become a paid Contributor, receive payouts or enter another legally binding marketplace transaction.
  • Entrant provides guidance and access to tools. Entrant is not a government agency, immigration representative, law firm, recruitment agency, bank, currency exchange, medical provider, emergency service, insurer or guarantor of another User.
  • People you meet through Entrant remain independent individuals. Mentors, hosts, guests, buddies, Contributors, service providers, employers and other Users are responsible for their own statements, conduct, services, listings and decisions.
  • Community safety is a shared responsibility. Harassment, exploitation, fraud, discriminatory conduct, harmful content, sexual content involving minors, impersonation and abuse of vulnerable Entrants are prohibited.
  • Important decisions require independent verification. Immigration rules, benefits, employment requirements, exchange rates, translations, directions, deadlines and local regulations can change or may not fully reflect your circumstances.
  • Local consumer rights remain protected. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

1. About Entrant

Entrant is a digital country-entry, settlement, opportunity, community and life-navigation platform operated by Devnnova Inc., registered in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at help@myentrant.com.

In these Terms:

  • “Entrant,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Devnnova Inc. and the Entrant platform.
  • “User” or “you” means a person who visits, accesses, registers for or uses Entrant. Users may also be called Entrants within the app.
  • “Platform” means the Entrant mobile applications, websites, interfaces, content, systems, communications and related services.
  • “Content” means text, images, audio, video, listings, messages, translations, alerts, guidance, profiles, reviews, documents, links and other material made available through Entrant.
  • “User Content” means Content submitted, posted, transmitted, uploaded or otherwise provided by a User.
  • “Provider” means a mentor, Contributor, host, professional, organization or other person offering a service through Entrant.
  • “Paid Service” means a service, booking, subscription, digital feature or other offering for which payment is required.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Devnnova Inc.

You accept these Terms when you:

  • create an Entrant account;
  • select an acceptance box or button;
  • access a feature that states these Terms apply;
  • purchase or book a Paid Service;
  • submit User Content; or
  • continue using Entrant after being given reasonable notice of an updated version.

You must not use Entrant if you do not agree to these Terms.

The following policies and supplemental conditions form part of this agreement where applicable:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Safety Policy;
  • Community Standards;
  • Data Deletion Policy;
  • Care Passage rules;
  • booking, cancellation and refund rules;
  • Contributor or Provider terms;
  • subscription terms;
  • promotional terms;
  • organization or institutional account terms; and
  • any feature-specific rules presented before you use or purchase a feature.

Where supplemental terms directly conflict with these general Terms, the supplemental terms govern that specific feature or transaction.

3. Eligibility and age requirements

3.1 Minimum age

Entrant is intended for Users who are 13 years of age or older.

You may not create or maintain an account if you are under 13. Entrant may remove an account when it reasonably believes the User is under the minimum permitted age.

3.2 Users aged 13 to 17

Where you are between 13 and 17 years old:

  • you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where such permission is required;
  • your parent or guardian should review these Terms with you;
  • you must use Entrant only in a manner appropriate for your age;
  • you must not falsely present yourself as an adult;
  • you must not independently enter accommodation, employment, commercial or service contracts unless local law permits it and Entrant expressly supports the transaction;
  • you must not provide payment, banking, tax or payout information belonging to another person without authorization; and
  • Entrant may restrict private messaging, location sharing, Care Passage, paid mentoring, provider activity, Contributions or other features to protect younger Users.

A parent or guardian who authorizes a minor’s use of Entrant agrees to supervise that use appropriately and accepts responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

3.3 Higher local age requirements

Although Entrant’s general minimum age is 13, some countries require parental authorization at a higher age or impose additional restrictions on social, messaging or account-based features.

Entrant may therefore:

  • require parental or guardian authorization;
  • use age-assurance measures;
  • restrict certain account functions;
  • limit community or messaging access;
  • disable social features for particular age groups;
  • require the User to wait until a higher local minimum age; or
  • close an account where continued access would violate applicable law.

3.4 Adult-only activities

Unless Entrant expressly provides an approved guardian-supported process, you must be at least 18 to:

  • list, offer or host accommodation through Care Passage;
  • independently book or pay for Care Passage accommodation;
  • provide a regulated professional service;
  • sell services or accept paid bookings;
  • become a paid Contributor;
  • receive earnings or payouts;
  • enter a Provider agreement;
  • submit tax or banking information for commercial activity;
  • employ or recruit another person;
  • operate an organization account; or
  • enter any transaction requiring full legal capacity.

3.5 Accurate age information

You must provide your true date of birth when requested. You must not bypass age controls, use another person’s identification or create an account for an ineligible person.

Entrant may request reasonable proof of age, identity or guardian authority. Failure to complete a required verification may result in limited access or account closure.

4. Accounts and account security

4.1 Account registration

You must provide complete, current and accurate information when creating or updating your account. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, age, country of origin, destination, status at entry, mission, profession, language, location and profile information.

You must update information that becomes inaccurate, particularly when the change affects personalized guidance, eligibility, safety, payments or legal compliance.

4.2 One person, one genuine identity

Unless Entrant authorizes otherwise, each account must represent one genuine individual or one authorized organization.

You may not:

  • create misleading or duplicate accounts;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • use a false professional title;
  • claim qualifications you do not hold;
  • allow another person to operate your account;
  • sell, transfer or rent your account; or
  • create an account after suspension without written permission.

4.3 Login credentials

You are responsible for protecting your password, authentication method and connected login accounts.

Notify Entrant promptly at help@myentrant.com if you believe:

  • your account has been accessed without permission;
  • your device has been lost or compromised;
  • someone is impersonating you; or
  • your payment or payout information has been changed unexpectedly.

Entrant may temporarily restrict an account while investigating suspected unauthorized access.

4.4 Social sign-in

Where you sign in through Apple, Google, Facebook or another third party, your use of that sign-in method is also governed by the third party’s terms. Entrant does not receive or control your password for that third-party account.

4.5 Profile visibility

Some profile information may be visible to other Users. You are responsible for reviewing available privacy and visibility controls.

Do not place sensitive information in public profile fields, including:

  • passport numbers;
  • immigration document numbers;
  • full home addresses;
  • banking details;
  • government identification numbers;
  • health records;
  • private access codes; or
  • confidential information belonging to another person.

5. The role of Entrant

Entrant provides digital tools, informational guidance, discovery services, communication systems and a platform through which Users may connect.

Unless expressly stated for a particular service, Entrant does not:

  • make immigration decisions;
  • issue visas, permits or government documents;
  • submit official applications on your behalf;
  • determine legal status;
  • make benefit or scholarship decisions;
  • employ Users shown in Job Hunt;
  • act as an employment agency;
  • own or control Care Passage properties;
  • act as a landlord, hotel or property manager;
  • provide emergency assistance;
  • exchange currency or transfer money;
  • guarantee a translation;
  • guarantee the conduct of another User;
  • guarantee the accuracy of a listing;
  • guarantee that a person holds every credential they claim;
  • guarantee employment, accommodation, admission, licensing or settlement outcomes; or
  • form a partnership, employment, fiduciary or agency relationship with a User merely because the User accesses the Platform.

Entrant may facilitate transactions, collect service fees, conduct verification or moderate activity without becoming the provider of the underlying accommodation, mentorship, employment or professional service.

6. Personalized onboarding and country pathways

Entrant may use information you provide during onboarding to organize your experience around factors such as:

  • origin and destination;
  • current location;
  • status at entry;
  • mission for entering a country;
  • arrival stage;
  • profession;
  • education;
  • family circumstances;
  • language;
  • priorities; and
  • saved activities.

Your personalized path depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

A personalized recommendation does not mean that Entrant has reviewed your complete legal, financial, medical, immigration or personal circumstances. You remain responsible for checking whether the guidance applies to you.

7. Journey Hub, Progress and compliance support

Journey Hub, Progress, reminders, checklists, saved steps and compliance-support features are organizational tools.

They may help you:

  • understand a sequence of tasks;
  • save deadlines;
  • monitor personal progress;
  • organize documents;
  • prepare questions;
  • locate relevant resources; or
  • remember an upcoming action.

These features are not an official filing system or government record.

A task marked as complete does not prove that:

  • an application was properly submitted;
  • a document was accepted;
  • a legal obligation was satisfied;
  • a fee was paid;
  • a deadline was extended;
  • an appointment was confirmed; or
  • an authority approved your status.

You are responsible for confirming deadlines, submissions and decisions directly with the responsible authority or service provider.

You should not rely exclusively on Entrant notifications. Device settings, network interruptions, software errors, time-zone differences or changed government dates can delay or prevent a reminder.

8. Country guidance, local systems and Arrival Glossary

Entrant may explain local systems, procedures, customs, terminology, documents and everyday practices in accessible language.

Country and local guidance may be assembled from official sources, established local knowledge, Contributors and third-party information. Rules and procedures can change without notice.

Official government publications and legally binding documents take priority over Entrant summaries.

Arrival Glossary explanations are intended to help Users understand words, systems and local context. They are not official definitions unless expressly identified as quotations from an official source.

9. Immigration, legal and regulatory information

Entrant may provide general information about:

  • visas;
  • entry requirements;
  • residence categories;
  • work or study conditions;
  • travel documents;
  • renewal processes;
  • licensing;
  • deadlines;
  • identification;
  • taxes;
  • tenant rights;
  • employment standards; and
  • other regulated matters.

This information is educational and organizational. It is not individualized legal advice or official representation.

For a decision requiring legal interpretation, representation or a regulated filing, consult an appropriately licensed professional or the responsible authority.

Users and Providers must not falsely describe unlicensed guidance as legal, immigration, financial, tax or medical advice.

10. Benefits

The Benefits feature may help Users discover:

  • public programs;
  • grants;
  • scholarships;
  • settlement support;
  • education funding;
  • family assistance;
  • employment programs;
  • healthcare support;
  • local services;
  • tax-related benefits; or
  • private opportunities.

A benefit appearing in Entrant does not guarantee that:

  • you are eligible;
  • funding remains available;
  • the information is complete;
  • an application is open;
  • your documents will be accepted;
  • an administrator will approve you; or
  • payment will be issued.

The organization administering a benefit controls its eligibility, evidence requirements, deadlines, decisions and payment schedule.

You are responsible for reviewing the official program terms and protecting your personal information when applying.

Entrant does not charge Users for access to a public benefit merely because the benefit is listed. Any separate premium discovery, preparation or professional-support fee must be clearly disclosed and does not constitute a government application fee.

11. Job Hunt

Job Hunt may display opportunities submitted by employers, recruiters, organizations, Contributors, third-party services or other Users.

11.1 Entrant is not the employer

Unless a listing expressly identifies Devnnova Inc. as the employer, Entrant is not a party to the employment relationship and does not control:

  • hiring decisions;
  • interviews;
  • salary;
  • workplace conditions;
  • work authorization;
  • background checks;
  • employment contracts;
  • termination;
  • payroll; or
  • employer compliance.

11.2 No employment guarantee

Displaying, ranking, recommending or matching a job does not guarantee:

  • that the job remains available;
  • that the employer is suitable;
  • that the listing is accurate;
  • that you meet immigration or licensing requirements;
  • an interview;
  • an offer;
  • a particular salary; or
  • employment success.

11.3 Job safety

Never assume a job is legitimate merely because it appears on Entrant.

Use caution where a person:

  • requests payment before an interview;
  • asks you to buy equipment through a specific payment method;
  • sends a cheque and asks you to return part of the money;
  • requests bank credentials or identity documents prematurely;
  • pressures you to move communication off-platform;
  • promises unusually high pay for minimal work;
  • refuses to identify the employer; or
  • asks you to perform illegal or unsafe activity.

Suspicious jobs should be reported through Entrant and, where appropriate, to the relevant authority.

11.4 Employer and recruiter responsibilities

A User posting a job must:

  • have authority to advertise the role;
  • describe the position truthfully;
  • comply with employment, equality, immigration, wage and recruitment laws;
  • avoid discriminatory requirements;
  • disclose material conditions;
  • protect applicant information;
  • avoid charging unlawful recruitment fees; and
  • promptly remove filled, withdrawn or expired roles.

12. Mentorship

Mentorship connects Users with people who may offer practical, professional, educational or career guidance.

12.1 Nature of mentorship

A mentor may support areas such as:

  • career direction;
  • interviews;
  • study adaptation;
  • licensing pathways;
  • professional networking;
  • workplace culture;
  • entrepreneurship;
  • personal planning; or
  • settlement experience.

Mentorship does not guarantee employment, admission, licensing, business success, immigration approval or any other outcome.

12.2 Independent mentors

Unless expressly stated otherwise, mentors are independent Users and are not employees, agents or legal representatives of Entrant.

A mentor is responsible for:

  • describing their experience accurately;
  • staying within their competence;
  • respecting confidentiality;
  • avoiding conflicts of interest;
  • disclosing paid relationships;
  • maintaining professional boundaries;
  • complying with safeguarding requirements; and
  • not presenting personal experience as official advice.

12.3 Regulated advice

A mentor must not provide regulated legal, immigration, medical, psychological, investment, tax or financial advice unless properly authorized to do so and clearly identified as offering that regulated service.

A badge confirming identity does not automatically confirm every professional qualification.

12.4 Mentorship involving minors

Mentorship involving a User under 18 may be subject to additional safeguards, including:

  • guardian authorization;
  • age-appropriate matching;
  • restricted communication;
  • recorded or monitored booking channels;
  • limits on private meetings;
  • prohibition of romantic or sexual communication;
  • prohibition of gifts, loans or financial requests; and
  • immediate reporting of safeguarding concerns.

An adult mentor must never exploit, groom, intimidate or form an inappropriate relationship with a minor.

13. Services

The Services feature may allow Users to discover, request, book or purchase support from independent Providers.

Services may include career, education, language, business, relocation, document, local-orientation or other support.

13.1 Contracting party

Unless the listing clearly identifies Entrant as the provider, the contract for the underlying service is between the purchasing User and the Provider.

Entrant may process payment, provide booking infrastructure, display information and assist with disputes without becoming the service provider.

13.2 Provider obligations

A Provider must:

  • be legally permitted to offer the service;
  • provide accurate descriptions and prices;
  • disclose qualifications and limitations;
  • honour confirmed bookings;
  • provide the service with reasonable care;
  • comply with professional and consumer laws;
  • maintain any required licence, registration or insurance;
  • protect User information;
  • issue required invoices or receipts;
  • avoid hidden fees; and
  • disclose cancellation conditions before purchase.

13.3 User responsibilities

A User purchasing a service must:

  • provide accurate booking information;
  • attend at the agreed time;
  • communicate respectfully;
  • pay disclosed charges;
  • comply with reasonable service requirements;
  • avoid requesting unlawful or unethical assistance; and
  • raise concerns promptly through the available process.

13.4 No guaranteed result

Payment is generally for the Provider’s time, work or stated deliverable, not for a guaranteed personal, legal, employment, financial or immigration outcome.

14. Contributors and Earn on Entrant

Contributors may share experience, create useful content, answer questions, guide other Entrants or provide approved services.

14.1 Eligibility

Entrant may establish role-specific requirements relating to:

  • age;
  • identity;
  • experience;
  • location;
  • language;
  • credentials;
  • quality;
  • training;
  • safety history;
  • availability; and
  • legal authorization.

Approval may be denied, suspended or withdrawn where a person does not meet the applicable standards.

14.2 Independent status

Unless a written employment agreement states otherwise, Contributors and Providers act as independent persons and are not employees, partners, franchisees or representatives of Entrant.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees:

  • approval as a Contributor;
  • a minimum number of bookings;
  • a minimum level of exposure;
  • a fixed income;
  • continued access to a role; or
  • any particular ranking.

14.3 Contributor responsibilities

Contributors must:

  • provide truthful information;
  • distinguish personal experience from official rules;
  • disclose material conflicts;
  • avoid exploiting newcomers;
  • respect professional boundaries;
  • respond honestly to verification requests;
  • provide agreed services;
  • comply with tax and licensing duties; and
  • follow all role-specific standards.

14.4 Compensation

Any payment, commission, payout schedule, platform fee, reserve, refund deduction or eligibility condition will be described in the applicable Contributor or Provider terms.

15. Care Passage

Care Passage may help Users discover or book temporary stays offered by independent hosts, including a room, couch, guest space or short-term accommodation.

Care Passage is intended to support safer temporary accommodation discovery. It does not eliminate the risks of entering another person’s home or hosting an unfamiliar person.

15.1 Entrant’s role

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Entrant does not own the accommodation;
  • Entrant is not the landlord, tenant, hotel operator or property manager;
  • the host controls the accommodation;
  • the guest and host are responsible for the stay;
  • Entrant does not guarantee that a property meets every local legal or safety requirement; and
  • Entrant is not responsible for a User’s conduct merely because the connection occurred through Care Passage.

15.2 Host requirements

A host must:

  • be at least 18;
  • have the legal right and necessary permission to offer the space;
  • comply with rental, zoning, occupancy, registration, fire, health, tax and building requirements;
  • describe the property, location, sleeping arrangement and accessibility accurately;
  • disclose material hazards and relevant house rules;
  • disclose whether other people, animals or shared spaces will be present;
  • disclose lawful monitoring devices as required by Entrant policy and applicable law;
  • maintain reasonable cleanliness and safety;
  • avoid unlawful discrimination;
  • maintain suitable insurance where required;
  • honour confirmed reservations;
  • protect guest property and personal information;
  • avoid requesting prohibited off-platform payments; and
  • promptly report emergencies or serious safety events.

A host must not list a property where doing so breaches a lease, mortgage, condominium rule, housing-program condition, insurance policy or local law.

15.3 Guest requirements

A guest must:

  • be legally capable of entering the booking;
  • provide accurate identity and occupancy information;
  • follow disclosed house rules;
  • respect the property, neighbours and host;
  • avoid illegal, dangerous or disruptive activity;
  • not bring unauthorized occupants;
  • not copy keys or access credentials;
  • pay for damage where legally responsible;
  • leave at the agreed time; and
  • promptly report serious safety concerns.

15.4 Minors and Care Passage

Users under 18 may not independently host or book a Care Passage stay.

A minor must not be placed in accommodation with an unrelated adult through Entrant unless the arrangement is part of an expressly approved, legally compliant and guardian-authorized process.

15.5 Property and personal safety

Before a stay, Users should independently consider:

  • whether the address and identity appear genuine;
  • whether the property matches the listing;
  • whether another person knows the location;
  • how to leave safely;
  • whether local emergency contacts are available;
  • whether payment remains protected inside the Platform; and
  • whether the arrangement complies with local law.

Entrant verification, ratings or Trust Passport status do not replace personal judgment.

15.6 Tenancy and local law

Some stays may create tenancy, lodging or occupancy rights depending on their length and location. Hosts and guests are responsible for understanding applicable local law.

Entrant does not determine whether a stay creates a landlord-and-tenant relationship.

15.7 Damage and disputes

Damage deposits, claims, evidence requirements and reimbursement processes are governed by the terms displayed for the booking.

Entrant may facilitate communication or review submitted information but is not required to decide every private property dispute.

16. Trust Passport and verification

Trust Passport and other verification tools may confirm selected information, such as an email address, telephone number, identity document or completed review.

Verification has limits.

A verification badge does not guarantee:

  • current character;
  • future conduct;
  • professional competence;
  • financial reliability;
  • accommodation safety;
  • absence of a criminal history;
  • legal authorization;
  • authenticity of every statement; or
  • that the verified person is suitable for your circumstances.

Users must not alter, copy, sell or misuse verification badges.

Entrant may remove verification where:

  • information has expired;
  • the User no longer meets the criteria;
  • verification was obtained improperly;
  • the account has been transferred;
  • a safety concern arises; or
  • continued display could mislead Users.

17. Find Buddy

Find Buddy is intended to help Users identify peers for practical, community, educational, professional or settlement support.

Unless a feature is expressly labelled otherwise, Find Buddy is not an escort service, romantic matchmaking service or means of arranging sexual contact.

A buddy is not automatically:

  • background checked;
  • trained;
  • insured;
  • qualified to provide professional advice; or
  • authorized to handle money or documents.

Users should initially meet in a public place, control their own transport, tell a trusted person where they are going and avoid sharing sensitive documents or financial information.

Users under 18 must not arrange unsupervised meetings with unrelated adults through Find Buddy.

18. Connections

Connections allows Users to maintain social or professional relationships inside Entrant.

A connection request does not create an endorsement, employment relationship, professional relationship or duty of care.

You must not use Connections to:

  • build lists for unsolicited marketing;
  • collect information for immigration fraud;
  • target vulnerable Users;
  • recruit Users into unlawful schemes;
  • pressure Users into investments;
  • arrange prohibited off-platform transactions;
  • solicit sexual content from minors; or
  • evade a block or suspension.

Entrant may limit connection requests, invitations or messages to prevent spam, harassment or misuse.

19. Community and Discussion

Community and Discussion allow Users to ask questions, answer others, share experiences, provide recommendations and participate in topic-based conversations.

19.1 Personal experience is not official guidance

User posts reflect the speaker’s knowledge or experience. They do not automatically represent Entrant, Devnnova Inc., a government authority or a regulated professional.

Users should clearly state where information is based on personal experience, opinion or an unverified report.

19.2 Respectful participation

Users must communicate with respect, particularly when discussing nationality, immigration status, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender, age, family circumstances or economic vulnerability.

Disagreement is permitted. Harassment, humiliation, threats and targeted abuse are not.

19.3 Community reliance

Do not rely on a community answer as your only source for a high-impact decision concerning:

  • immigration status;
  • legal rights;
  • health;
  • personal safety;
  • benefits eligibility;
  • taxes;
  • financial transactions;
  • employment authorization;
  • housing contracts; or
  • emergency action.

20. Messaging

Entrant may provide direct, group or booking-related messaging.

You must not use messaging to:

  • send threats or abusive content;
  • distribute sexual or exploitative material;
  • contact a minor inappropriately;
  • demand private documents without a lawful reason;
  • request passwords or financial credentials;
  • send malware or deceptive links;
  • pressure a User to pay outside Entrant;
  • continue contacting a person who has asked you to stop;
  • evade a block; or
  • coordinate illegal activity.

Messages may be processed, retained or reviewed where reasonably necessary for:

  • delivery;
  • safety;
  • abuse prevention;
  • fraud investigation;
  • support;
  • dispute resolution; or
  • legal compliance,

subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Do not treat Entrant messaging as an emergency communication channel.

21. User Content

21.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of original User Content you create.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the Content. Do not upload material that belongs to another person unless you are legally permitted to do so.

21.2 Licence to Entrant

By submitting User Content, you grant Devnnova Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, display, communicate, moderate and distribute that Content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • operate Entrant;
  • display the Content according to your selected settings;
  • provide search and discovery;
  • protect Users;
  • investigate reports;
  • improve formatting and accessibility;
  • promote the relevant Entrant feature, where permitted; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

This licence ends when the Content is deleted from active systems, except where:

  • another User has lawfully shared or interacted with it;
  • limited retention is required for safety, fraud, legal or audit purposes;
  • the Content has been anonymized;
  • a dispute is unresolved; or
  • backup copies remain temporarily within ordinary backup cycles.

Entrant will not claim ownership of your User Content merely because you submitted it.

21.3 Your responsibility

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and consequences of your User Content.

You must not falsely state that Entrant has verified, approved or endorsed your Content.

22. Prohibited Content and conduct

You may not submit, promote, request or facilitate Content or conduct that:

  • is illegal;
  • sexually exploits or endangers a child;
  • sexualizes or solicits sexual content from a minor;
  • contains non-consensual intimate material;
  • promotes trafficking, grooming or exploitation;
  • threatens violence or credible physical harm;
  • promotes hatred or dehumanization against a protected group;
  • harasses, bullies, stalks or intimidates another person;
  • reveals private information without authorization;
  • impersonates another person, authority, employer or organization;
  • contains a scam, fraudulent job, fake accommodation or deceptive service;
  • misrepresents credentials, licences, immigration authority or professional status;
  • encourages payment by gift card, cryptocurrency or unprotected transfer for a suspicious transaction;
  • promotes unlawful drugs, weapons, counterfeit documents or regulated goods;
  • provides instructions intended to evade border, immigration, employment, tax or identity laws;
  • infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • contains malware, phishing, spyware or harmful code;
  • manipulates ratings, reviews, recommendations or verification;
  • constitutes spam, unauthorized marketing or pyramid recruitment;
  • exploits a person’s newcomer status, fear, isolation or language difficulty;
  • provides dangerously false health, legal, financial or safety information;
  • encourages self-harm or harm to others;
  • facilitates discrimination in employment, accommodation or services;
  • interferes with moderation or reporting;
  • seeks to identify a confidential reporter; or
  • otherwise creates a material risk to Users or the Platform.

Supportive discussion of difficult experiences is permitted when it does not encourage harm or target another person.

23. Reporting, blocking and moderation

23.1 Reporting

Users may report profiles, posts, messages, jobs, mentors, listings, services, Care Passage activity or other concerns through available reporting controls or by contacting help@myentrant.com.

Reports should be made honestly and include enough information for review.

Knowingly false, retaliatory or abusive reports are prohibited.

23.2 Confidentiality of reports

Entrant will generally not tell the reported User who submitted a report, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for a fair legal process.

23.3 Blocking

Blocking may prevent or limit further contact, but it may not erase earlier Content, remove a public listing or prevent every possible interaction.

A blocked User must not create another account to continue contact.

23.4 Moderation actions

Entrant may, acting reasonably:

  • issue a warning;
  • reduce distribution;
  • remove Content;
  • limit messaging;
  • restrict a feature;
  • cancel a listing;
  • pause a payment or payout;
  • require verification;
  • suspend an account;
  • permanently remove an account;
  • preserve evidence;
  • notify an institution;
  • refer a matter to law enforcement or another authority; or
  • take another proportionate safety action.

Entrant may act before completing an investigation where urgent action is reasonably necessary to protect a person, preserve evidence or prevent financial loss.

23.5 No guarantee of prevention

Moderation reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful post, message, listing or User will be identified before another person sees or interacts with it.

23.6 Appeals

Where appropriate and legally required, a User may request review of a moderation decision by contacting Entrant and explaining why the decision should be reconsidered.

Entrant may decline repeated appeals that present no new information.

24. Scam Shield

Scam Shield may provide:

  • scam education;
  • common fraud patterns;
  • suspicious-message guidance;
  • reported scam alerts;
  • link or text review;
  • rental warnings;
  • job-scam warnings;
  • impersonation warnings; or
  • other risk indicators.

24.1 Scam Shield is not a guarantee

A low-risk result does not prove that a person, job, property, message, website or transaction is safe.

A warning does not conclusively prove criminal activity.

Scammers change their methods, and legitimate communications may sometimes resemble suspicious patterns.

24.2 User responsibility

Before sending money, documents or sensitive information, independently verify:

  • the person’s identity;
  • the organization’s official contact information;
  • the account receiving payment;
  • the existence of the job or property;
  • the legal authority making the request; and
  • whether the payment method offers protection.

24.3 Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, private keys, complete banking credentials or unnecessary identity documents to Scam Shield.

24.4 Urgent fraud

Where money or identity information may already have been compromised, contact the relevant bank, payment provider, police service, fraud-reporting authority or government department promptly. Entrant is not an emergency fraud-recovery service.

25. Navigation

Navigation may use maps, GPS, device sensors, nearby-place data, public-transit information, routes, estimated travel times or third-party location services.

25.1 Conditions change

Routes and estimates may be affected by:

  • traffic;
  • weather;
  • road closures;
  • construction;
  • transit disruption;
  • accessibility conditions;
  • device accuracy;
  • network availability;
  • unsafe areas;
  • local restrictions; or
  • outdated third-party data.

25.2 Safe use

You must:

  • obey road, transit and pedestrian laws;
  • follow official signs and instructions;
  • avoid interacting with the device while driving;
  • use suitable equipment;
  • assess personal safety;
  • verify accessibility where needed; and
  • choose an alternative route where conditions appear unsafe.

Navigation is not intended for emergency response, aviation, maritime navigation or another use requiring professional-grade positioning.

26. Find Nearest and local discovery

Entrant may display nearby services, businesses, transport, healthcare locations, public offices, community organizations or other places.

A displayed result is not automatically endorsed by Entrant.

Business hours, availability, location, pricing and accessibility may change. Confirm important details directly before travelling or making a payment.

Sponsored, partnered or promoted results should be identified where required.

27. Currency FX

Currency FX may display indicative exchange rates, conversions or general currency information.

27.1 Informational use

Currency FX is not:

  • a foreign-exchange transaction service;
  • a bank;
  • a remittance provider;
  • an investment service;
  • a guaranteed quotation; or
  • financial advice.

Displayed rates may be delayed and may differ from the rate offered by a bank, card issuer, payment processor, cash exchange or money-transfer provider.

27.2 Additional costs

Actual transactions may include:

  • spreads;
  • commissions;
  • service charges;
  • card fees;
  • transfer fees;
  • taxes;
  • withdrawal charges; or
  • dynamic currency-conversion costs.

You are responsible for reviewing the final amount and provider terms before completing a transaction.

28. Translator

Translator may help Users understand or communicate in another language.

Translations may contain errors, omit context or misinterpret:

  • legal terminology;
  • medical language;
  • local expressions;
  • names;
  • numbers;
  • dates;
  • addresses;
  • cultural meaning; or
  • technical instructions.

Do not rely on an unverified translation for an emergency, legal filing, medical decision, binding contract, government declaration or other high-impact communication.

For important material, obtain assistance from a qualified human translator, interpreter, lawyer, medical professional or responsible authority.

You must not use Translator to conceal abusive, fraudulent or prohibited communications.

29. Search

Search may organize results based on relevance, location, profile information, popularity, quality indicators, availability, safety information or other operational factors.

Search position does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.

Entrant may change ranking methods, remove results or apply filters to improve relevance, safety or legal compliance.

Users must not manipulate search through false engagement, duplicate listings, misleading keywords or coordinated activity.

30. Alerts, reminders and notifications

Entrant may send notifications concerning:

  • deadlines;
  • travel conditions;
  • scams;
  • messages;
  • bookings;
  • benefits;
  • jobs;
  • community activity;
  • safety;
  • payments;
  • account security; or
  • progress.

Notifications may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

Entrant alerts do not replace official emergency alerts, government notices, employer communications, appointment confirmations or legal service.

You are responsible for maintaining current contact details and suitable device settings.

31. Third-party services and links

Entrant may rely on or link to third parties for:

  • maps;
  • directions;
  • location data;
  • translation;
  • payment processing;
  • identity verification;
  • social sign-in;
  • communication;
  • analytics;
  • hosting;
  • app distribution;
  • job content;
  • benefit information; or
  • external websites.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Entrant is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, content, security, availability or conduct merely because it is linked or integrated.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Entrant.

32. Purchases, subscriptions and fees

32.1 Displayed price

The price, billing period, included features, applicable taxes and renewal conditions will be shown before purchase.

Prices may vary by:

  • country;
  • currency;
  • store;
  • plan;
  • promotion;
  • tax treatment; or
  • payment method.

32.2 Subscriptions

A subscription may renew automatically for the period shown at purchase unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Deleting the Entrant app or stopping use does not necessarily cancel a subscription.

Where the subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, cancellation and refund requests may need to be managed through the relevant store account.

32.3 Trials and promotions

A free or discounted trial may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the stated conversion date.

Promotional access may be limited by User, device, region, time or eligibility. Promotions have no cash value unless required by law.

32.4 Taxes

Displayed prices may include or exclude taxes depending on location and purchase channel. You are responsible for taxes legally imposed on your purchase, subject to applicable law.

32.5 Payment authorization

By submitting a payment method, you confirm that:

  • you are authorized to use it;
  • the billing information is accurate;
  • Entrant or its processor may charge the disclosed amount; and
  • recurring charges may be made where you accepted automatic renewal.

32.6 Failed payments

Entrant may suspend paid access where payment fails, is reversed or becomes overdue.

You remain responsible for properly incurred charges, except where prohibited by law.

33. Bookings, cancellations and refunds

A booking is confirmed only when the Platform displays confirmation or sends a confirmation notice.

Before paying, review:

  • the Provider;
  • date and time;
  • location or delivery method;
  • scope;
  • price;
  • taxes;
  • platform fees;
  • cancellation window;
  • refund conditions; and
  • any eligibility requirements.

33.1 User cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the policy shown at the time of booking and applicable consumer law.

33.2 Provider cancellation

Where a Provider cancels, Entrant may provide a refund, credit, rescheduling option or replacement according to the applicable policy.

33.3 Missed appointments

A User who misses a service without cancelling within the permitted period may lose some or all of the payment.

33.4 Material misdescription

A User should promptly report where a Paid Service or Care Passage stay was materially different from the confirmed description.

Entrant may require photographs, messages, receipts or other reasonable evidence.

33.5 Emergency or exceptional circumstances

Entrant may adopt special cancellation treatment for serious events such as legal restrictions, natural disasters, major transport interruption, hospitalization or safety emergencies. Documentation may be required.

33.6 Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute, contact Entrant so the issue can be reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restriction and recovery of associated costs where legally permitted.

34. Payments to Providers and Contributors

34.1 Payout eligibility

A Provider or Contributor may be required to provide:

  • verified identity;
  • age confirmation;
  • banking information;
  • tax information;
  • business details;
  • licence information; and
  • completed service records.

34.2 Processing time

Payout timing may be affected by:

  • payment settlement;
  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;

  • platform fees;
  • payment-processing costs;
  • taxes;
  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • amounts owed to Entrant;
  • damage adjustments; or
  • corrections of previous overpayments.

34.4 Reserves and holds

Entrant may reasonably place a reserve or temporary hold where needed to manage fraud, cancellation, dispute or financial risk.

34.5 Taxes and records

Providers and Contributors are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax, registration, invoicing and reporting obligations.

Entrant may report or withhold amounts where required by law.

35. Off-platform communication and payment

Entrant may require that booking-related communication and payments remain on the Platform.

Moving a transaction outside Entrant can:

  • remove access to payment protection;
  • make verification more difficult;
  • prevent Entrant from reviewing the full record;
  • limit refund assistance;
  • increase fraud risk; and
  • breach these Terms.

You must not direct another User to pay outside Entrant to avoid platform fees or safety systems.

Entrant is not responsible for an off-platform payment, deposit, loan, transfer or private agreement it did not process or authorize.

36. Reviews and ratings

Users may be permitted to review completed services, stays or interactions.

A review must:

  • reflect a genuine experience;
  • be relevant;
  • avoid personal attacks;
  • avoid private information;
  • avoid extortion;
  • not be purchased or exchanged;
  • not be submitted through a duplicate account; and
  • disclose a material incentive where required.

Providers must not pressure Users to remove truthful criticism or offer payment for a positive review.

Entrant may remove reviews that are fraudulent, irrelevant, abusive or inconsistent with these Terms.

Entrant does not guarantee that every review is accurate.

37. Organizations and sponsored accounts

Schools, employers, NGOs, relocation organizations, settlement agencies or other institutions may provide Entrant access to Users.

Where your account is sponsored or managed by an organization:

  • the organization may manage access or assigned seats;
  • it may receive limited administrative or participation information where disclosed;
  • it does not automatically gain access to private messages, sensitive profile details or personal activity;
  • additional organizational terms may apply; and
  • loss of organizational access may end sponsored features without deleting your personal account, where separation is supported.

Entrant will handle personal information according to the Privacy Policy and applicable notices.

Your use of an organization-sponsored account does not guarantee employment, enrolment, immigration support or continued sponsorship.

38. Privacy and personal information

Entrant’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, protected and deleted.

By using Entrant, you acknowledge that features may require processing information such as:

  • account details;
  • age;
  • origin and destination;
  • status at entry;
  • mission;
  • language;
  • profile information;
  • location;
  • route information;
  • community activity;
  • messages;
  • reports;
  • bookings;
  • payment information;
  • device information; and
  • verification records.

Location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or notification permissions will be requested where relevant. You may deny or later disable a permission, but the related feature may not function properly.

You must not submit another person’s personal information without a lawful reason and appropriate permission.

39. Account deletion and data retention

You may request account deletion through available account settings or by contacting help@myentrant.com.

Deleting an account may result in the loss of:

  • saved paths;
  • progress;
  • messages;
  • connections;
  • listings;
  • bookings;
  • Contributor status;
  • purchased access; and
  • other account-linked information.

Some information may be retained in limited form where reasonably necessary for:

  • legal compliance;
  • payment records;
  • tax obligations;
  • fraud prevention;
  • safety investigations;
  • abuse prevention;
  • dispute resolution;
  • audit records;
  • enforcement; or
  • protection of other Users.

Public User Content may be removed, anonymized or disconnected from your identity depending on the context and applicable policy.

40. Security

You must not:

  • test or probe Entrant systems without authorization;
  • bypass security controls;
  • introduce malware;
  • access another User’s account;
  • scrape or harvest information;
  • overwhelm the service;
  • interfere with moderation;
  • exploit a vulnerability;
  • reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits it;
  • use automated tools without authorization; or
  • attempt to obtain source code, credentials or non-public data unlawfully.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately to help@myentrant.com and must not be exploited or publicly disclosed in a manner that increases risk.

41. Intellectual property

Entrant, including its software, design, branding, icons, interfaces, original content, databases, selection, arrangement and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Devnnova Inc.

Subject to these Terms, Entrant grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not:

  • copy or redistribute Entrant content commercially;
  • remove ownership notices;
  • create a competing database from Entrant content;
  • use Entrant branding without permission;
  • resell access;
  • frame or mirror the Platform;
  • extract substantial portions of the service;
  • modify or create unauthorized derivative software; or
  • use Entrant intellectual property in a misleading manner.

Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

42. Copyright and intellectual-property complaints

A rights owner who believes Content infringes their copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right may contact help@myentrant.com with:

  • identification of the protected work or right;
  • identification and location of the disputed Content;
  • contact information;
  • a statement explaining the claimed infringement;
  • confirmation that the complaint is made honestly; and
  • any signature or declaration required by applicable law.

Entrant may remove or restrict disputed Content while reviewing a complaint.

Where applicable, the affected User may be allowed to submit a response or counter-notice.

Repeated infringement may result in account termination.

43. Feedback

You may provide ideas, suggestions or product feedback.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you permit Entrant to use that feedback without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of confidential information or original User Content unrelated to the feedback.

Do not submit confidential business information unless Entrant has agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.

44. Availability and changes to the Platform

Entrant may add, change, test, restrict, suspend or discontinue a feature.

Features may differ by:

  • country;
  • age;
  • device;
  • operating system;
  • account type;
  • subscription;
  • legal requirement;
  • safety status; or
  • launch phase.

Entrant does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, outages, provider failures, legal restrictions, cyber incidents or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Where a material change substantially reduces a prepaid service, Entrant will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

45. Suspension and termination

Entrant may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because:

  • these Terms were breached;
  • age or identity information is false;
  • a User poses a safety risk;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • payment is overdue or reversed;
  • a Provider lacks required authorization;
  • an account has been compromised;
  • law or a valid authority requires action;
  • repeated complaints are substantiated;
  • Content creates material legal exposure;
  • another User’s rights require protection; or
  • continued service is no longer reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, Entrant may give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken for serious safety, exploitation, fraud, security or legal concerns.

Following termination:

  • your licence to use Entrant ends;
  • access to certain Content and records may end;
  • outstanding lawful charges remain payable;
  • unresolved bookings may be cancelled;
  • refunds remain governed by applicable policy and law; and
  • provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.

46. Emergency situations

Entrant is not an emergency service.

Do not use Community, Discussion, Mentorship, Find Buddy, Scam Shield, Care Passage or messaging as a substitute for local emergency assistance.

Where there is an immediate threat to life, safety, a child, accommodation security or serious financial harm, contact the appropriate local emergency service, police, child-protection authority, bank, medical provider or responsible government body.

Entrant does not guarantee that a report or message will be reviewed immediately.

47. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrant is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Entrant does not warrant that:

  • every piece of information is complete or current;
  • guidance applies to every individual;
  • every deadline will be detected;
  • every translation is accurate;
  • every route is safe;
  • every exchange rate is current;
  • every User is trustworthy;
  • every verification is conclusive;
  • every listing is legitimate;
  • every Provider is suitable;
  • every job remains available;
  • every benefit remains open;
  • every service will meet expectations;
  • every harmful item will be prevented;
  • the Platform will be uninterrupted; or
  • use of Entrant will produce a specific outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

48. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devnnova Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, income, reputation, data, business or anticipated savings.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, Entrant is not responsible for loss arising from:

  • reliance on general guidance;
  • changed government rules;
  • missed deadlines;
  • inaccurate User Content;
  • another User’s conduct;
  • an independent Provider;
  • a job or benefit decision;
  • a Care Passage stay;
  • an off-platform transaction;
  • a translation error;
  • route or location data;
  • currency information;
  • a third-party service;
  • service interruption;
  • unauthorized account access caused by the User’s failure to secure credentials; or
  • events outside Entrant’s reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Entrant’s aggregate liability relating to the Platform will be limited to the greater of:

  • the amount you paid directly to Entrant during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • CAD $100,

unless applicable law requires a greater amount or different remedy.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability that applicable law imposes for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury.

49. Disputes between Users

A dispute between Users, including a dispute involving a host, guest, mentor, Provider, Contributor, employer or buddy, remains primarily between those Users.

Entrant may offer communication, evidence review, payment adjustment or another resolution process but is not required to act as a court, arbitrator, insurer or legal representative.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Devnnova Inc. from claims arising solely from the independent conduct of another User, except where the claim results from Entrant’s own legally actionable conduct.

This release does not remove any non-waivable consumer or statutory right.

50. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Devnnova Inc. and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your unlawful use of Entrant;
  • your material breach of these Terms;
  • your User Content;
  • your infringement of another person’s rights;
  • your listing, service or accommodation;
  • your employment or recruitment activity;
  • your failure to pay taxes or obtain required authorization;
  • property damage caused by you;
  • fraud or misrepresentation by you; or
  • your intentional or reckless harm to another person.

This section will not require a consumer to indemnify Entrant for Entrant’s own negligence, breach or unlawful conduct.

51. Legal compliance

You must comply with applicable laws when using Entrant, including laws relating to:

  • immigration;
  • employment;
  • accommodation;
  • anti-discrimination;
  • consumer protection;
  • professional licensing;
  • taxes;
  • privacy;
  • child safety;
  • intellectual property;
  • online conduct;
  • sanctions; and
  • financial transactions.

You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable trade or sanctions law.

You must not use Entrant to circumvent an embargo, restriction, legal process or government order.

52. Consumer rights

These Terms do not exclude, restrict or modify rights that applicable consumer law does not permit Entrant to exclude.

Where you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory rights concerning digital services, subscriptions, refunds, warranties, dispute forums or withdrawal periods, those rights continue to apply.

A provision that is invalid under mandatory local law will apply only to the maximum lawful extent and will not invalidate the remaining Terms.

53. Governing law and dispute resolution

53.1 Informal resolution

Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Entrant should attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Send a written notice to help@myentrant.com containing:

  • your name and account email;
  • a description of the issue;
  • the relevant transaction or date;
  • the resolution requested; and
  • supporting information.

Entrant will have 30 days to review the notice, unless urgent legal relief is required.

53.2 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

53.3 Courts

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

A consumer may retain the right to bring a proceeding in their home jurisdiction where applicable law requires it.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief for safety, security, confidentiality or intellectual-property protection.

54. Changes to these Terms

Entrant may update these Terms to reflect:

  • new features;
  • legal changes;
  • safety requirements;
  • payment changes;
  • operational improvements; or
  • clarified obligations.

Where a change materially affects your rights, Entrant will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, email or another suitable method.

The updated Terms will state their effective date.

Where law requires fresh consent, continued use alone will not replace that consent.

Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction unless required by law or expressly agreed.

55. Notices

Entrant may send notices through:

  • email;
  • in-app messages;
  • account notifications;
  • the website; or
  • the contact information associated with your account.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

Legal notices to Entrant should be sent to Devnnova Inc. at help@myentrant.com.

56. General provisions

56.1 Entire agreement

These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning your use of Entrant, except for a separate written agreement that expressly overrides them.

56.2 No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

56.3 Severability

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions continue in effect.

56.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without written permission.

Entrant may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, financing, restructuring, sale of assets or transfer of the Entrant business, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.

56.5 No third-party rights

Except for the Apple provisions below and any right expressly provided by law, these Terms do not give enforcement rights to a person who is not a party to them.

56.6 Language

Translations of these Terms may be provided for convenience. Where legally permitted and an inconsistency exists, the English version governs. Mandatory local-language rights remain unaffected.

56.7 Headings

Headings are provided for readability and do not limit the meaning of a provision.

57. Apple App Store terms

  • these Terms are between you and Devnnova Inc., not Apple;
  • Devnnova Inc., not Apple, is responsible for Entrant and its Content;
